1、 Before using the core pulling rivet product, it is necessary to check: the diameter of the rivet body, the length of the rivet body rod, the thickness and diameter of the rivet body cap, the total length of the rivet core, the exposed size of the rivet core, the size of the rivet cap, and the outer diameter after assembly can all be considered. In actual inspection, measurements can be made for the weak links of core pulling rivet products, such as tensile resistance, shear resistance, and core detachment resistance.
2、 The key to use is to pay attention to the insufficient pulling and riveting of the core pulling rivet, and whether it is riveted in place; Or it may be because the nail core cap is too large, so that the rivet body pipe mouth cannot be pulled down; There are also jumping heads, which means that the pulling force of the nail core is too low or the fracture size is too fine.
3、 Pay attention to the different materials of pop rivets: aluminum, iron, stainless steel, alloy, etc.
4、 If the rivet length is too long, the rivet pier head is too large, and the rivet rod is prone to bending; If the length of the rivet is too short, the thickness of the pier is insufficient, and the forming of the nail head is incomplete, which affects the strength and tightness. Long or short rivet lengths are not good, only suitable lengths can achieve good riveting results.
