Sometimes used for small components, bracket nuts, and double-sided countersunk head riveting
6. Impact riveting method
Suitable for various riveting structures, even non open and complex structures, accessories can be in various positions and states during riveting; Compared with riveting, it has poor quality stability, low efficiency, and high noise
Used for ordinary rivet riveting, upset rivet ring groove rivet riveting, and upset rivet high shear rivet riveting
7. Positive riveting method
Compared with the reverse riveting method, riveting has small deformation, good skin surface quality, high labor intensity, low efficiency, and its application range is limited by the structure
Used for countersunk riveting and ordinary rivet interference fit riveting with high surface quality requirements for skin
8. Reverse riveting method
Wide application range, light top handle (relative to the quality of the regular rivet top handle), able to make parts stick tightly, with large rivet deformation. In severe cases, there may be local sinking around the rivet head.
Mainly suitable for sealing riveting of non open structural parts and coated with sealant
9. Riveting method
The operation is simple and efficient, but the riveting quality is not stable enough
Used for single sided riveting such as pull riveted ring groove rivet riveting, threaded core pulling high shear rivet riveting, threaded hollow rivet riveting, wire drawing core pulling rivet riveting, bulging core pulling rivet riveting, etc
10. Hot riveting method
Heading is easy to form and less prone to cracking, with better quality than cold riveting and more complex tools and equipment. Used for titanium alloy riveting
