12. Stress wave riveting method
During the riveting process, the rivet material flows synchronously in all directions, that is, the filling of the rivet hole and the formation of the rivet head are completed synchronously, which can form a relatively uniform amount of interference. Its fatigue life is equivalent to or higher than that of the riveting without interference fit of the headless rivet. During riveting, there is no need for precision machining of the hole and a large tonnage riveting machine, and the workpiece deformation is small. However, the equipment is complex, the lifespan is short, the noise is high, and the application is not convenient enough.
Hand riveting of titanium alloys,high-temperature alloys, alloy steel rivets, and large diameter rivets that are difficult to form. Riveting of carbon fiber epoxy composite materials can also be used for interference fit riveting with high fatigue resistance requirements.
13. Riveting method
The nail rod can be uniformly upset and filled with nail holes, with stable quality, good surface quality, high efficiency, and good working conditions.
