How to install pop rivets without rivet gun?

First, check the finished pop rivet:

Rivet body diameter, rivet body rod length,rivet body cap thickness and cap diameter, total length of nail core, exposed size of nail core, nail cap size, and outer diameter after assembly can be considered. In the actual inspection, the weak links of the product can be measured, such as: tensile resistance, shear resistance, and anti-detachment force of the nail core.

The key is to pay attention to riveting, insufficient riveting, and whether riveting is in place; Or the rivet core cap is too large to pull down the pipe orifice of the rivet body; There is also jumping head, that is, the breaking force of the nail core  is too low or the breaking size is too fine.

Then use a hammer instead of installing rivets：

There is no rivet gun. You can use a hammer instead of installing rivets. During riveting, hammer the rivet head to expose the rivet core, so that it is flush with the end face of the rivet head, and the riveting operation is completed. The pop rivet is especially suitable for riveting occasions where it is inconvenient to use ordinary rivets (riveting must be done from both sides) or pop rivets (lack of pull rivet gun). It should be noted that the blind rivet must be riveted with a riveter.

The tools for rivet construction are as portable as electric drills, and the noise during construction is very small, which will not affect the physical and mental health of the staff. Most rivet construction can be completed by one person, so the training is not difficult, and the construction process is simple and convenient, without spending a lot of time and energy, so the cost is very low.
