Product production inspection process

1. Purpose: To ensure that the products meet the safety requirements of the company’s product quality standards.

A. The extracted raw materials are stacked in an orderly place, and the raw materials are counted according to the batch of materials. The first batch of production samples of new materials must be kept and sealed for future use.

B. Sample inspection results The quality department informs the production department at the first time, and the production personnel dispose according to the inspection results; the quality department notifies other relevant departments of the inspection results (production, R & D, procurement, etc.) through the inspection report.

C. The production department tracks the production of materials throughout the entire process, the stability of the materials, the random inspection of semi-finished products, quality control, loss and disposal of defective products.

D. For the purchase of new suppliers of raw materials, the quality department shall be notified and the qualification of new raw material suppliers shall be provided. After the quality management committee has passed the assessment, the quality department shall notify the procurement to contact the supplier.
