Why can’t the manual double-handle riveter hold the nail?
1. If there is no vertical overlap with the workpiece during the operation of the rivet gun, the rivet gun and the workpiece will be skewed, and the rivet will not be tight after the rivet is pulled. This kind of situation is usually found in the process of speeding up the rivet, and the speed is blindly pursued, but this point is ignored.
2. If the total length of the rivet does not match the workpiece, it will also cause tension failure, so it is necessary to replace the appropriate rivet.
3. The diameter of the rivet is not suitable for the hole diameter of the preset hole. Usually, the hole diameter is too large, which leads to insufficient expansion of the rivet and can not be tightened. The solution is the same as the second one. Replace the rivet with a suitable model.
