After the stroke is obviously shortened, the price of the automatic core pulling rivet machine shall be reported for repair and added with hydraulic oil in time. Close the main valve of the air supply after the work is completed.
6.When the rivet gun is used to pull the pop rivet, the rivet gun and its accessories must be cleaned and collected in the tool box in time, and the worktable products and waste materials must be cleaned.
7.There is no burr or foreign matter in the hole. The pop rivet manufacturer emphasizes that when the gun tip cannot suck the nails, the air valve should be turned off first to check whether the gun claw is blocked by the nail core. In case of blockage, please remove the gun claw sleeve and carefully take out the nail rod blocked in the pipe with pointed nose pliers! After the nail core is pulled off, judge the riveting state of the product and confirm whether the retracted nail is normally inhaled into the nail core barrel. If it is normal, repeat the next installation action. When the core of the core barrel is half stored, it shall be emptied in time.
