Rivets come in many forms. They all use their own deformation or interference to connect riveted parts. The common rivets are pop rivets, R-type rivets, fan rivets, tree type rivets, half round head rivets, flat head rivets, half hollow rivets, etc.
Different blind rivets are used in different conditions and methods. Use the following types of blind rivets to help you understand.
l Double drum core rivet: when riveting, the rivet core will pull the end of the rivet body into a double drum shape and clamp the two structural parts of the rivet to reduce the pressure acting on the surface of the structural part.
l Large brim rivet: the diameter of aluminum cap of rivet is obviously larger than that of traditional blind rivet. The rivets have large contact area and strong support surface to enhance the torque when riveting with the connector. Strength, able to withstand higher radial tension.
l All aluminum core rivets: the rivet body is also made of high-quality aluminum wire, which is beautiful and durable and will not rust. Compared with ordinary rivets, the strength of rivets is lower, which is suitable for the relatively soft material connection parts.
